Fourth of July Weekend in Guerneville was a great fun.
Starting things off was a performance by the Empress of San Francisco, Snatch (see Wanda's photos) at the Russian River Resort.  The pool area was packed with locals and visitors.

The Guerneville fireworks display was the best ever!  Thank you to Wanda for hosting a get together on the lawn   in front of his {her} house.  We sat just a few yards away from the river and watched the almost one hour show.  Among some of the handsome people there:  T. Jay, Rocky,  Dr. Dan and Ed, Allen, Arnie and Paul, Lee, John and Donald, Jim and Zeke, Bob and Fred,  and some visitors to Guerneville.

The next day was the spectacular poolside show at the RRR.   Sandy "Mama" Reinhardt and Briggs decided to come up to Guerneville to surprise the Diva Irene Soderberg.  Irene was true royalty (and is royalty here in Guerneville) as demonstrated by her wonderful performance (this was Irene's 10th year performing during the 4th of July weekend at the RRR),,,,along with entertainment by Snatch.  The pool area was MORE than festive!  Matt (RRR) made an appearance as Matt the Bunny ...serving cocktails around the pool.  Harry Lit and Daddy Mike were in town...and were indeed "pretty by the pool"!  

That evening, laughs could be heard throughout the neighborhood of the RRR.  The comedy show was absolutely hilarious.  A good time was had by all.

The Rainbow Cattle Company hosted a barbeque the next day.  (What I can remember of it ..a couple of brownies did not help).

Joe and Blake (Rainbow Cattle Company) are moving to Palm Springs at the end of this month.  We will be very sad to see these two wonderful men leave Guerneville.  There will be a good bye party for Joe and Blake on Sunday, July 27 @ 4:00 at the Rainbow Cattle Company.
